I resolve to ____________ in the new year.  That’s a common theme that many people have and unfortunately, about 6 weeks into the new year, by Valentines Day, 75% of those resolutions are broken.

Want to know why the other 25% are successful?

It’s often related to accountability, but that’s tough when you are the business owner.  As the top dog, you are looked at as having all the answers and yet we know, that’s not the way it works in real life.

How can you lead and be vulnerable at the same time?

Some C.E.O.s join business leader round-tables.  These can be good or mediocre, all depends on the actual group dynamics.

I’m going to cut to the chase here.

You as a business owner have a level of expertise that makes you and your company unique.  That is fantastic.  If everyone just knew about you and your company, you’d have plenty of clients and customers right?

However, unless your expertise is advertising and marketing, you struggle with that right?

And that’s hard to admit to your peers.  Especially since everyone else seems to be doing pretty good.

I have an offer for you.

In the year ahead, I am going to take on a few more clients that qualify as Advertising Partners.  Not everyone that I work with rises to this level of my involvement.

When I form an advertising partnership, it is a two way commitment that I’ll go into more details in the near future.

But for now, I want you to seriously consider how you and your business are going to perform over the next 6 weeks.

Are you going to be one of the 75% that has challenges due to you own lack of planning and follow thru or will you be one of the 25% that keeps your commitment to improvements for the new year?

Either way, I’d like to hear from you.  Drop me a note, send me a message, or give me a call.
